As a Certified Executive Life Coach, Anne Reid focuses on helping people feel happier and thrive instead of just survive. Anne shares some of her own life experiences and how she has learned to overcome the painful times. From her practice, she has seen first-hand that each person has the choice to make the best of things. This skill can be learned, and the reward for doing so is sustaining better health, wealth, and relationships.

Her guests are individuals who have faced adversity in life and have come out on the other side stronger, more resilient, and much happier. They have succeeded in turning their negative experiences into positive ones by creating ways to give back to others. Their stories are frequently gut wrenching and tear inducing but also have the ability to inspire and bring hope to others.

Anne Reid, Certified Executive Life Coach, is passionate about helping people improve their lives. Through her years of coaching, she has concluded that focusing on one primary thing can change clients’ health, wealth, and relationships for the better – and that one thing is to be happier.

Anne begins from two core beliefs. The first is that every human’s life is about 50% positive and 50% negative. While most people deal well with the positive, they may struggle with the negative. The delicate balance is to not ignore the negative but to overcome it.  Her second belief is that even in times of adversity, we can all choose our attitude by using the power of our minds. This skill can be learned and can help us survive, and thrive, in the not so good times.
