A full-time Realtor for nearly 35 years and a partner with Corcoran Icon Properties, Debbi also serves as the Marketing Director and coach for their 80 agents. Throughout her career, her passion has always been to assist others in realizing their dreams. This passion has motivated her to identify and harness the personal attributes that have made her successful in real estate and to translate them into a coaching program for a diverse range of clients. Her approach involves guiding clients towards their goals, holding them accountable, and ensuring they stay on course, an incredible challenge, but one which she gladly embraces!
Debbi has written 4 books. Her first book, Contained Beauty (2012), is both a photographic journey and a philosophical reflection on swimming pools and draws on the Taoist Proverb, which states, “No one can see their reflection in running water. It is only in still water that we can see.” It was written as a reflection on recently becoming an empty nester. She co-wrote The Art of Real Estate (April 2015) with her husband and partner Adam Betta. She has also published Real Estate Rules! 52 Ways to Achieve Success in Real Estate (April 2016), and during COVID, Beauty At Any Age: Because Age is Just an Attitude (2020), a health and beauty guide for those looking to improve their lives, inside and out!
