Meet Joy Adler—an internationally acclaimed healer, teacher, and award-winning vocalist whose life work is devoted to helping others awaken to their true nature. As a Dean and senior faculty member of the world-renowned Barbara Brennan School of Healing, Joy has spent decades guiding students and clients toward personal transformation, emotional freedom, and spiritual empowerment. She is also a certified hypnotherapist, yoga and Ayurveda educator, massage therapist, and professional sound healer who leads with both compassion and clarity. Through music, movement, energy healing, and the power of story, Joy invites people to reclaim the parts of themselves they’ve forgotten and remember who they truly are.  Joy’s intention is to create a sanctuary of healing and inspiration—where deep conversations with masters of healing, music, and transformative teachings meet. Joy Adler is an accomplished holistic health, healing, and wellness leader with over three decades of experience. She founded Alternative Healing Arts in 1993, integrating psychology, energy work, counseling and the arts to help individuals overcome trauma, and achieve optimal well-being.  Joy is an award-winning singer /songwriter and sound healer, whose music plays a central role in her healing practices. Her journey has been deeply influenced by her training with Native American Shamans and Medicine Women who assisted her to reclaim her voice and spiritual path. Joy serves as the Dean of both the Advanced Studies program at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing Science in Florida, and is also the Dean of their New York school, mentoring the next generation of healers. She has lead her musical group The Souls Of Evolution, in musical healing events-and albums, and continues leading spiritual musical retreats to ancient sites in Europe. Her work combines her vast experience of energy healing, sound therapy and education, offering transformative experiences through music and teaching.  Joy’s commitment to healing extends beyond her practice, as she shares her knowledge through workshops, writings, upcoming books, and 6 albums, helping others reclaim their paths and voices.  In addition to graduating from Brennan, Yoga teacher training, programs on early-childhood psychology, Core Energetics and Ayurvedic School, Joy is a graduate of the Sage Colleges with a degree in Mass Media Communications. In 1997, she began her career as a television anchor on a Holistic News Cable program, as well as becoming cable television host on series featuring guests that she interviewed regarding music for healing, and holistic health modalities.
